For the final days, choose what feels useful.

Drink water regularlyKeep one filled bottle within easy reach.
Take a comfortable walkTry 10–30 minutes if it feels good and your care team has cleared it.
Move the pelvis gentlyTry a few hip circles, rocks, or birth-ball minutes.
Do 2 gentle Pick two comfortable moves; stop before strain.
